FEES:

​

All fees will be set forth in a written fee agreement when Ms. Himebaugh is retained.

 

$4,000.00 -$6,000.00 - For each new client/case (depending upon the length of the trial), to retain Ms. Himebaugh's services, have her review the case materials, conduct necessary research and coordinate and supervise any needed investigation.

​

$ 4,000.00 -  for representation of the client in non-capital PCRA proceedings. This includes review of the H/DAO files.

$ 10,000.00 - for representation of the client in capital PCRA proceedings

 

          This includes the drafting and filing of a petition or amended petition and memorandum of law, any oral argument required, attendance at status listings and correspondence and communication with the client and his/her family

$ 2,000.00 if a PCRA hearing is ordered, to prepare for and attend the hearing.

 

$ 4,000.00 - $5,000,00 for representation at (non-capital) federal habeas proceedings

$ 8,000.00 - $10,000.00 for representation at capital federal habeas proceedings

 

          This includes the drafting and filing of a habeas corpus petition and memorandum of law, oral argument if ordered, drafting of Objections as necessary, and correspondence and communication with the client and his/her family

Other fees quoted upon request. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun

​

In order to keep fees and costs as low as possible, the above fees do not include an in person visitation with the client if the client is incarcerated outside of the Philadelphia metropolitan area at any location other than the courthouse, If a visit is necessary and requires Ms. Himebaugh to travel further, an additional fee and estimated costs will be quoted based on the inmate's location.

COSTS:

​

Costs are not included in the above fees. Costs are the responsibility of the client and/or his representative/co-payer.

 

Costs include, but are not limited to, retention of experts (any examination, review of records report and testimony), services of a private investigator, copies of notes of testimony and/or other records, filing fees (if any), copies/binding, travel related costs and postage.

 

Ms. Himebaugh will not expend significant costs without getting the client's approval first.

 

Client payment to counsel  for costs are due in full within 30 days of their being invoiced to the client and/or his representative/co-payer.

PAYMENT PLANS:

​

Payment of the new client review fee is due in full to retain Ms. Himebaugh's services. The remaining balance is due in monthly installments of no less than $150 per month. Payments are due on the 10th of each month but wont be considered 'late' until the 20th of each month. If a monthly payment is late, a $45 late fee will be added to the account.

​

If the account is three or more months overdue, Ms. Himebaugh reserves the right to cease work on the case, withdraw her appearance from the case and/or seek other means to collect the overdue amount/balance.

PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CASH, BANK CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASH APP, VENMO, ZELLE OR BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD (OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON THROUGH SQUARE)
